Creams Organic – Suitable for Apperitizers and First Courses

When our friends come visiting us, the most natural thing for us is to slice the best bread and choose the perfect cream to spread on each slice. Our creams contain the 90% of our vegetables (Biodiversity-friend certified) and they can be used on appetizers, first courses, sandwiches, meat or fish dishes. It’s a light alternative to classic mayonnaise.

Jerusalem Artichokes and Tarragon Cream

Ingredients: Jerusalem artichokes (82%), sunflower oil, extravirgin olive oil, lemon juice, wine vinegar, white wine (vinegar and wine may contain sulfites), whole salt, organic brown sugar, tarragon (0,10%).

Pairing: Suitable for appetizers, on croutons, to season pasta and gnocchi, great on sandwiches, with white meats and cheese fondues.
