The condiment of Borgo Satin celebrates the 10 th anniversary of the Borgo in this edition of the Collection. A limited edition that looks like beauty, an ancient rose like “painted on glass” to celebrate a fragrant product, with an enveloping and “silky” taste that reaches a soft and pleasantly bittersweet consistency.

Particularly suitable in combination with soft or aged cheeses, cream ice cream or foie gras.

Aged for a long time in oak barrels.

Acidity less than 6%.

The Condiments of The Borgo – Satin

The Condiment of Borgo Satin is produced from cooked musts from the province of RE, aged for several years in small oak barrels.

Satin is the name we have chosen for this product, which has a silky appearance, but at the same time, velvety for the organoleptic characteristics that distinguish it.

The enveloping scent, the almost creamy consistency and the sweet and sour balance are the characteristics that make Il Condimento del Borgo Satin the evolution of the most famous condiment of the Red Label village.
