Giotto, Truffle Dressing with Balsamic Vinegar of Modena PGI was born from a collaboration between Il Borgo del Balsamico and Savini Tartufi, member of the UNICI group.

The color is dark brown, the intense perfume, with an acidic note, the sweet and sour taste, soft, with intense truffle notes, with a consistent density.

Giotto is ideal with eggs, red meats and game.

Balsamic Vinegar of Modena I.G.P. of Borgo

Balsamic Vinegar of Modena del Borgo PGI is a completely handmade product that comes from a skilful aging of the grape must (from the Emilia Romagna region) and a small percentage of wine vinegar. The aging takes place in oak barrels and, like the Condimento del Borgo, is available in the three labels for the three different uses in the kitchen. All our types are “aged”.
