Balsamic Vinegar of Modena I.G.P. of The Dinette – Yellow Label

It is suitable for everyday use. The fresh and pungent taste makes it suitable for salads and marinades.

Acidity: 6 %.

Balsamic Vinegar of Modena I.G.P. of The Dinette – Orange Label

It is suitable for short cooking, roast meat or fish but also for fresh salads. The round taste makes it perfect for many preparations in the kitchen.

Balsamic Vinegar of Modena I.G.P. of The Dinette – Red Label

It is recommended for exclusive recipes, on vegetables, strawberries, ice cream or Parmigiano Reggiano. We advise not to subject it to violent cooking. The round taste that superbly marries the sweet and sour is born of a slow aging in oak barrels.

The Dinette of Balsamic

The new trilogy tells the three typical variations of the Borgo products: yellow, orange and red, through “a happy and colorful lady” who, drawn on labels and cases, visually illustrates their uses in the kitchen. The Tinello, or the Balsamic Vinegar of Modena PGI, in 250ml bottles, comes from a wise aging of grape must and wine vinegar. Everything is refined in oak barrels. It is from the name that begins the idea “playful”: small dining room understood as a small vat and also a once-eaten kitchen.
