It is recommended to accompany meat, fish and vegetables. It is recommended to add it in the last minutes of cooking to obtain a sweet and sour sauce. The aging that determines the full and round taste makes it suitable to accompany roasts and grilled.

Balsamic Vinegar of Modena I.G.P. of Borgo

Balsamic Vinegar of Modena del Borgo PGI is a completely handmade product that comes from a skilful aging of the grape must (from the Emilia Romagna region) and a small percentage of wine vinegar. The aging takes place in oak barrels and, like the Condimento del Borgo, is available in the three labels for the three different uses in the kitchen. All our types are “aged”.
