This area is also well know for its traditon with olive oil so alongside with the vegetables, Bio Orto also produce organic extravirgin oil: follows a strictly controlled process in all its phases to obtain a high quality oil.

The Peranzana variety olives are picked at the right point of ripeness and processed within 24/48 hours in our farm with a continuous system. The BioOrto oil flavour is fruity, with a very balanced taste, very low acidity, elegant that goes well with a wide range of dishes.

Grown on the slopes of the Gargano, Bio Orto’s natural datterini tomatoes are one of the company’s flagship products. Thanks to their sweet and delicate flavour, they offer a natural and unique taste experience for the palate.

The high quality of the product is guaranteed by the fact that it contains only 3 natural and organic ingredients – tomatoes, water and salt – and by the processing method. Harvested, processed and placed in glass jars strictly by hand, Bio Orto’s natural datterini tomatoes are rich in mineral salts and have a high degree of brix, therefore a high content of vitamins (A and C) and a high index of shelf life.

Pairings: ideal in the preparation of bruschetta, friselle and focaccia, cooked for pasta or fish in crazy water. Perfect to combine with natural organic yellow datterini tomatoes to create a tasty condiment to add to pasta.

Storage: store in a cool, dry place, away from sources of light and heat. Once opened, keep in the refrigerator and consume within 3 days.
