Organic – Balsamic Vinegar of Modena I.G.P.

The Giusti organic balsamic vinegar is made with organic grape must and organic wine vinegar, from thoughtful and sustainable farming. The result is a fragrant and spicy balsamic, characterized by a strong balsamic acidity, balanced by the sweetness of the must. Ideal added to a mixed leaf salad, and vegetable entrées. It can also be added to meats, sauces and gravies.

Ingredients

Must of cooked grape, aged wine vinegar.

Ageing

In French oak barrels, with the addition of aged balsamic obtained through the “decanter and refill” system.
